Smart Works
Probation or another referral agency on behalf of women in need of suitable clothing for interview, including women offenders and ex-offenders in prison or living in or close to London, Reading, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle, Leeds or Edinburgh or who are willing and able to travel to these cities. We can support women in other areas of the UK using our virtual service.

Each appointment is by referral only via an employment advisor, JCP or other charity supporting with job searching. The appointment needs to be made at the point where there is a confirmed job interview.
Every client receives a one-to-one styling appointment where we provide a full interview outfit of high quality clothing and accessories. They also receive an hour of one-to-one interview coaching to help them feel confident and prepared for their interview. Everything that Smart Works provides is free of charge, and the clothing is theirs to keep.
