How the scheme can assist you

Ex-seed is an employment agency that specialises in helping people with criminal convictions into stable employment. 

Ex-seed offer a 'job-ready' service in which we help candidates to draft high-quality CVs  (including prison work and experiences), Personal Disclosure Statements (which explain each person's background story), provide support to apply for jobs, and ongoing interview coaching. 

We then advocate for our candidates with employers to find the best-fit role that will work for both employer and employee, long-term.

Ex-seed has two guiding principles:

  1. No-one gets left behind. Personal support, individual attention and ongoing mentoring ensure that we understand our applicants from day one and find the best work-fit for them.
  2. Matched effort. We invest substantial efforts in championing our applicants and placing them into suitable employment; we correspondingly expect a similar level of effort and commitment from our applicants.
How To Apply

We accept direct applications through www.ex-seed.co.uk as well as referrals from a wide range of organisations, including prisons, armed forces charities, homelessness prevention services, resettlement departments, faith groups, careers advisers, approved premises and job centres.
