Freedom Bakery supplies some of the best restaurants and delis across the Greater Glasgow area. We work with prisoners on day release, teaching new skills from baking to logistics. If you are in one of the small groups of men from HMP Barlinnie who come to us, we aim to rebuild confidence and hopefulness before you are liberated, and we can sometimes offer you employment opportunities when your sentence ends.
