We offer employment support for people with criminal convictions.
Offploy was started by a former prisoner to help people with a criminal conviction find a job.
Once you have secured a place on our programme, our team of Social Employment Advisors, many who have had criminal convictions themselves, will support you through our nine-step journey, helping with things like;
- setting goals
- employer training
- interview skills
- disclosing convictions
You can find out about our available programmes and the length of support by speaking with your Probation Officer or Work Coach. If we are not available in your area, we encourage them to get in touch to see where we can support.
