The Glasgow Care Foundation
We support those who have lived in the Glasgow area (G1 to G53) for at least 5 years, those on low incomes, in receipt of benefits or retirement pension.
White goods; furnishings; floor and window coverings; other essential household items.
Repayment of debts; fuel arrears; funeral costs; major repairs or adaption to property; garden alterations; car repairs - adaptions or purchase; clothing grants; holidays abroad for individuals or families; financial awards.
Applications must be made online by a support worker who has registered on the Glasgow Care Foundation website.
If you are eligible for support, you will be contacted by a welfare officer & your needs will be discussed. You will be informed what support the Foundation will be able to provide.
All items will be delivered & installed by our suppliers.
The acknowledgement will appear on our website. The support worker's front page will show how the grant application is progressing.
We do not mention clients' past in our reports to the Trustees, accounts, etc. Vulnerable adults is the term used for those we assist via their support workers.
