Advice NI
Advice NI is a membership organisation for independent advice centres in Northern Ireland. Some centres offer specialist advice on matters relating to lone parents, people with disabilities, prisoners and their families, housing matters and the needs of older people.
The Tax and Benefit Advice Service is supported by HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) and offers advice and support to members of the public and organisations, across Northern Ireland, struggling with issues relating to HMRC products and services, such as:
The independent welfare changes helpline offers support to anyone needing help or advice in relation to any of the changes to the welfare system. The helpline provides bespoke independent expertise and support on a range of welfare reform issues including: Disability Living Allowance; Personal Independence Payment; Employment and Support Allowance; changes to Housing Benefit; changes to Social Fund; Universal Credit.
Our Debt Advice Service is aimed at helping those most financially vulnerable in Northern Ireland. Our advisers provide a free, confidential and impartial service open to everyone. It is an integrated service with a number of access options.
